The units are good-sized with comfortable bed. The location of the hotel in Durango is comfortable, near to a good restaurant for a birthday dinner, river walk, library, downtown and parks and downtown. Also, Durango Coc is a stone’s throw away...

This place is upscale with friendly staff and a convenient location just a short walk from Wildlife Division.

The room itself was bright and welcoming and with bathtub, single queen bed plus fridge and microwave.

The location of this hotel adjacent to Telluride as well as ski area was comfy. Furthermore, to a great sushi restaurant that was close by. We enjoyed warm breakfast that included breads, cereals, cookies, and hot waffles.

The hotel has a great location near a fantastic sushi restaurant in Durango. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and dining options close by. The breakfast offered included hot and real eggs, along with good coffee.

The AC!!!!! Desk clerk told us to keep our door shut (?) and room would cool down, but it didn't. It was extremely warm in our room. We couldn't control the AC. We were told it was central air. There was even a box fan in our room. I've never been in a hotel with a box fan available. That should have been our sign not to stay here. Although the desk clerk was nice and helpful with our restaurant questions, etc, we were not comfortable sleeping and would not recommend this hotel in the summertime. I wanted to ask for my money back this morning!

We were given a queen bed upgrade.

Poor air conditioning, sagging beds, broken mirror,banged up walls, dirt behind night stand, no hair dryer, no coffee pot in room. When I checked clerk did not ask how my stay was or thank you for staying with us. I got a "you're good to go" and no offer of the receipt.

The staff were pretty friendly and excellent. It had a great location, a short walk to surrounding areas, especially dining, bus stop, and the trolley line.

I liked that a place with rags and water was provided to wash off the motorcycle.

The breakfast should include some more health conscious items.

Everything was good and I had a very comfortable stay for one night on a road trip. the staff served breads, hot waffles, biscuits, and yogurt for breakfast. - the location was excellent in the Durango area. - the staff here was fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. - It was right by the trolley line, restaurants, and shopping.

It was clean and conveniently located. The continental breakfast was well-stocked and good.

If we had arrived much later we may have been out of luck. The office is closed from Midnight until 6 a.m.

They allowed us to leave our car overnight at no extra charge. They called our room to ask if there was anything they could do to make our stay more pleasant.

The breakfast space was cramped with limited food choices. The only hot food was waffles and the only fruit was apples other than orange juice.

The staff members were extremely helpful and amicable. the property's location was quiet and excellent, close to bus stop for town shuttle or ski area. - It was right by shops, surrounding areas, and especially dining and a restaurant.
